Jen's Halloween Party

What a spook-tacular time we had a Jennifer's lil party! Tate really enjoyed the costumes contest...he won BIGGEST MUSCLES & Lyla won cutest tights! We had a great time, with great people! So happy to have such awesome friends!

Life is great having a little girl.....just look at the fun we have! And she is only 4 months old~ I can't even start to think of how many photos will have been taken of her by the time she is 1. While we were in the hospital, we took over 2,000 photos!!! Anyway, here are a few from her Halloween Photoshoot (I forgot to put on her fairy wings), but she is still cute as a button!

Our little trip to the never ending SUNFLOWER FIELD

What a fun day with my kiddos....well except for the bugs, the highway being so close, the fact that Lyla can't sit, and that Tate wouldn't be natural in front of the camera. Other than those few minor bumps in the road this was a wonderful day filled full of memories I will hold forever!

So it was an overcast day and I decided there was nothing better to do then take a little drive (with the hook up from my bro, Nolan I knew of the perfect place) Oh, what a view...for as far as I could see it was YELLOW! Though it was amazing to me, I wish I could have seen the field through Tate's eyes. I'm sure it was 10 times larger and brighter! Everythig seems magical when being seen through a child's eyes/imagination.

Once we had returned home (after Tate had consummed the two peanut butter cups that I have bribed him with the whole day) he wanted to go back...I knew he saw the field in his magical, child like way when he described it to his Dad saying "we went to a place with big big flowers, all of the flowers were bigger than even you Dad!" So that is why I love this next picture, it kinda grabs the view Tate had on the flowers ~ they were just larger than life!


We had a wonerful day & got some awesome pics....can't wait to go back next year~ as I have added this field to one of my all time favorite places! Thanks Nolan for the heads up! ♥

So sorry to all of my loyal blog readers....I have been crazy busy these days and haven't updated in what seems like forever!

My sweet lil girly is changing so fast, she is smiling all the time~ and those belly laughs are to die for! She is the happiest baby I've ever met, and she is mine! I'm so happy to have her in my life.... Rob and I were talking today about how wonderful it is to have her~I reminded him that I had to talk him into having a second child.....then he said "well thank you". It was just the sweetest moment of my day & I wanted to share :)Hope everyone is enjoying this great fall weather!

We are two peas in a pod.......

When it comes to photography, I am in love! I love every part of it...I love seeing what I can capture, I love seeing the emotion in people that normally would be over looked, I love preserving the here and now for families....I just love it all! Never would I have imagine there was someone else on this green earth who loves taking pictures as much as I do...well there is and she just so happens to be my sister-in-law, Rachael.

When us, Engle Girls get together we are non stop photo taking!!! As my husband says~ you know it is bad when you take pictures of each other taking pictures!! The way I look at it is we spend our time behind the camera and never in the photos so lets turn the lens toward us for once.....here is what our photo shoots look like~

Tate's Birthday Party @ Pre-K

CUPCAKES!!!! Fun, Fun.....On Monday Tate celebrated his 4th Birthday "Pre-K Style" with his Little Friends, Sweet Teachers & COLORFUL CUPCAKES!!


















Two other children were celebrating Birthday's this week so we sang Happy Birthday to everyone!
